To collaborate and support the Finance Controller of Vietnam in directing the Finance and Accounts function for the given BU throughout Vietnam.to work closely with other internal and external management
Certain roles and duties
Monthly Reporting
- Control your cash status.
- Examine and analyze the financial statements (P/L, B/S, and C/F).
- Manage the month-end closure and reporting process — Provide information that is timely, thorough, and correct.
- Manage day-to-day accounting — To ensure that all financial components of the organization function smoothly and to apply adequate controls over incoming and exiting transactions.
Internal Control/ Management Report System
- As needed, create accounting policies and procedures. - To guarantee that finance and accounting personnel understand the company&039;s evolving demands.- When needed, prepare reports and information requested by Internal Audit.
- Create a management report system – To enable data flexibility while keeping integrity; to guarantee management is supplied with information to aid in corporate stewardship.
Forecasting and budgeting
- Assist in the formulation and analysis of yearly budgets and business plans in collaboration with the financial controller, factory manager, and business head.
- Monthly reporting of variances (Operation review)
- Forecasting reports are issued monthly (BRM)
Audit of the Fiscal Year
- Control the auditing program.
- Prepare reports and schedules to help external auditors with tax returns and certification of yearly financial statements.
- Control information and procedures.
Compliance with Income Taxes
- Guarantee the company&039;s compliance with proper rules, legislation, and accounting standards to ensure the company&039;s continued smooth operation • Ensure the company&039;s compliance with local transfer pricing policies
Controlling
- Identify, suggest, and execute strategies to enhance efficiency and processing costs in accordance with the budget.
Management of Resources:
- Distribute resources and duties throughout the team in order to achieve corporate goals and grow team members. Ensure that your resource plan is adaptable enough to respond to changes in demand.
- Delegate duties, define growth goals, and evaluate the team&039;s overall performance. Develop succession planning for the role and coach direct reports
