[Urgent] [German Company] Sales Leader - Shrimp Aquaculture/ Shrimp Farm

- Introduce and sale solutions, services for Shrimp agricultural, shrimp farm
- Develop new client relationships, association network
- Advise customers on installation and layout of solution, equipment, demonstrate the solution, products or services
- Take lead in formulating and deploying go to market strategy
- Coordinate with other company business units/ and location to maximize projects
- Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor

Qualifications
• Vietnamese Citizenship
• BA or Master degree in agriculture, agribusiness, biotechnology, or a related field is required to be an agriculture salesperson
• At least 3 years in technical sales/marketing
• Proficient in English and Vietnamese
• Understand a bright variety of agriculture solution products as well as technical and business solutions
• Have good understanding of Vietnam business, technology and market trend
• Excellent in communication
• Excellent in negotiation and persuading
• Very good organizational skills
• Very good decision making skills
• Excellent in collaboration and net working
• Excellent in cross-functional relationship management
