[Urgent Hiring] Digital Marketing Specialist

This is an important role in the Navigos Search Marketing Team, this position will be fully responsible for increasing brand awareness and generating high quality leads through integrated marketing communication campaigns for Navigos Search – a leading brand in headhunting services in Vietnam.

Plan Development and Project Management:
-In charge of optimizing resources for effective execution and collaboration. And also accountable for inspiring team member on working and performance management.
-Well-managed in cooperation with partners/ suppliers.
-Monitor campaigns every day to ensure KPIs, optimize budgets and promptly adjust appropriate outreach strategies. Deep understanding of performance metrics (CPM, CMI, CPA, CPC, CPL...).
-Implement and analyze marketing campaigns to increase conversion rates on multiple advertising platforms (Email, Google, Facebook, LinkedIn ...)
-Responsible for assigned project in planning and management. These projects are being executed to generate new leads for Navigos Search.
-Other projects upon requirements.
-Having the experience of working with BI and analytics tools.
Marketing materials and content development:
-Collaborating closely with the design team to develop creative proposals and materials that adhere to brand guidelines and improve in a creative manner.
-Explore new effective MKT channels to invest in.
-Brainstorm ideas, manage content productions in different channels: content ideas, concept and flow, informative brand content for websites, SEO, blogs, emails, and social media… upon assigned projects.
-In charge of creating content for marketing materials (catalogue, brochure, presentation, etc.), upon assigned projects.
Website management and SEO optimization
- Website management: Manage and update website content.
-SEO optimization to boost conversion rates for achieving KPIs:
• On-page SEO optimization: keywords, page structure (HTML, title tag, Meta Description), internal links, etc.
• Off-page SEO Optimization: Backlinks, social media marketing, etc.

• University graduate with a major in Marketing, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Positive, integrity, responsible and flexible team player.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and balance short-term and long-term priorities.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment without sacrificing attention to detail.
• Knowledge and understanding of marketing and communication..
• Demonstrated ability to plan in detail for assigned Marketing projects/campaigns.
• Excellent project/campaign management abilities.
• A can-do attitude, creativity, and initiative. A professional, hardworking, and ambitious individual.
• Outstanding presentation abilities.
• English fluency is required for both speaking and writing. Capable of writing persuasive English content or professional working emails.
• Ability to think critically.
• Having at least 3-4 years’ experience and above. Experience in Human Resources/ Recruitment Service is a plus.
• Have well knowledge and skills in digital marketing. Must have hand on experience on digital marketing.
