Mô tả công việc


I. Monitor compliance & efficient execution of the P2P process (25%)
- Ensure all purchasing staff is aware of procurement policies (LoA, segregation of duty, the justification for exception rule, etc.).
- Ensure compliance exists and control mechanisms are enforced in key processes (PR, PO, RFQ bidding, payment, etc.).
II. Quality Control over the bidding process and performance evaluation (20%)
- Align with Requesting departments to establish key specifications for mainstream, high-value purchases
- Align with Requesting departments to establish or revise KPIs to assess new vendors or evaluate existing vendors on an on-going basis (lead-time, geographical coverage, price, material quality opportunities for add-on services, etc.).
III. Vendor base management and market analysis (20%)
- Monitor the supply base and continuously, look for opportunities to rationalize the number of suppliers
- Maintain a relationship with many back-up vendors in case of emergency
- Develop a nationwide supplier management program that enables insight into each vendor's performance using key metrics, performance goals and defines the action plan for improving low performing vendors
- Conduct market analysis that helps the company stay updated with the market price trend and new potential vendors in the field
IV. Contract negotiation (20%)
- Negotiate for the best possible results in terms of price, payment terms and quality delivered
- Develop "win-win" strategies that place Daikin at an advantageous position while maintaining sustainable relationships with suppliers.
V. Team Development (15%)
- Motivate Staffs by strong supporting and sharing so that the team can catch up department target.
- Train staffs on their daily activities.

Yêu cầu công việc


- At least 5 years experience in Indirect Procurement, prefer Marketing, Logistic (Tour, Event, Advertising, Display corner, signboard, billboard, Printing...)
- At least 2 years experience management level in MNCs.
- Bachelor's Degree in business, Economic, Foreign Trade, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field.
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Excellent analyzing, negotiation, planning, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent on computer skills: Word / Excel / Powerpoint. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or other ERP system is a plus.
- Able to demonstrate exemplary integrity and ethics in all practices.
- Proven records in planning, execution, and delivery of logistics or related projects.
- Marketing, Logistics experience and commercial contract negotiation expertise.
- Established relationships/network across multiple agencies in the media industry, tours, event, logistics...
- Ability to effectively communicate across all levels of an organization, technical and non-technical audience.
- Ability to effectively negotiate with both external and internal stakeholders to find a common voice to solve tough issues especially in case of urgent orders or non-technical audience
- Ability to prioritize activities, schedule interactions, motivate others to complete, adapt to high time pressure circumstances and to take quick action
- Ability to review and analyze data
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to work individually under pressure and teamwork
