URGENT - Internal Audit Manager (Acca, CPA, Garment, Apparel)

1-KEY TARGETS OF THE FUNCTION (THE FUNCTION IS MAINLY BASED IN HCM CITY - VIETNAM) RESTRUCTURE AND LEAD THE FOLLOWING FUNCTIONS OF THE GROUP TO THE BEST INTERNATIONAL LEVEL:
Structure the links between General Accounting and Management Accounting to reply to the Management need, in close connection with the Organization System Department;
Check/ Correct/ Optimize the General Accounting operational, in which: tax group;
Participate to the decision of the Chief Organization System Officer on the Informations System Leader-Team permanent reinforcement.
Participate to the choice of reliable – appropriate Information System for the Group;

2-2 PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
- CPA or ACCA is a plus.
- The candidate holds brilliant successful achievement of the key targets defined in the point 1 above, successful career as Chief Accounting Officer or Chief Accountant (5 years of experience) in the international Groups operating preferably in both Industry and Services-Retail;
2-3 SPECIFIC PROFILE
- The candidate holds deep and operational knowledge of the Vietnam Business-Administration-Legal-Tax environment.
- The candidate practices fluently (speaking-writing) Vietnamese-English. The practice of the other languages, in particular French, is a plus;
