[Urgent] IT Engineer (Mes/database Adminstrator)

We are hiring candidates who are in charge in one of sections (Database Admin or MES Admin) as below:
* Database Administrator (DBA):
Participate in the implementation of other IT projects
Optimize database performance according to real production situation
Develop database usage, security and operation policy and apply to the operation
Co-work with other external teams
Design and implement database in accordance to end user’s information needs and views
Install, configure, upgrade and maintain Operating System (Windows, Linux) and Database (Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL, ...)
Monitor database performance, implement changes and apply new patches and versions when required
Perform other assigned tasks as assigned by upper management
Handle and assist in troubleshooting database related problems
Perform database backup and restore
* MES Administrator
Troubleshooting data issues as related to manufacturing process
Good trouble shooting and analysis skills for workstations, interfaces to machine clients
Software application support hardware troubleshooting
Willingness to work in 24*6 support environment in shifts (8 hour/shift)
Application Client software installation and configuration knowledge / experience
Coordinate incident response and escalation
Understanding of various Hardware components of applications like Clients, network etc.

* Fluency in writing, listening and speaking English
* Educational background: Requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent training/education or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability.
* Experiences: 1 - 4 years of relevant IT experience
Database Administrator (DBA):
- Have knowledge in Oracle RAC, MSSQL, MSSQL Cluster, MSSQL AAG, MySQL, MySQL High Availability, MongoDB….
- 4 years of relevant IT experience and at least 2 years of full system administration experience in Oracle Database environments or 3 years of experience as an Oracle database administrator
- Have knowledge and experience in deploying IT applications on servers running operating systems: Linux (CentOS, Ubuntu, Oracle Linux…) and Windows Server (2008 and later)
MES Administrator
- Good knowledge in software/web application development using C++/C
- Knowledge of Windows environment and computer hardware and software at an intermediate or advanced level.
- Experience with database tools and relational data flows
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) systems and manufacturing process is plus.
- Working knowledge of SQL Server or Oracle.
- Ability to thrive in an extremely fast paced environment
- Well-developed multi-tasking capabilities and experience under pressure
- Customer-focused attitude and desire to interface directly with end-user clients
