( URGENT JOB) Sample Asst. Manager/ Manager in Garment Company ( Attractive Benefits)

- Managing Sample room operation include sample production scheduling/ lines planning for Cutting, Sewing & Finishing. Manage sample operators incentive scheme and efficiency improvement.
- Working with TA, IE, PRD, QA and MER for method engineering & work-station testing & improvement.
- Provide Basic Sewing Training to upgrade multi skill of sewers.
- Prepare n provide monthly report to FIN on Sample Room performance & adherence
- Achieve further speed to market requirement, improve lead times and ability to make smarter decision.
- High Quality of collaborative work practice (willingness to learn, share knowledge and help others)
- Process improvement, reduce work duplication& minimum construction standard.
- Work with customers to ensure develop or Fit spl are approved in 1st submissions to customers
- Proactively work with customers to resolve potential construction/safety issues in a way that maintains the design intent of the styles and ensure production workable or effective construction.
- Ensure sample submitted are meet all fit, construction and safety standard

- Above 10 years’ experience in garment manufacturing
- Communication skills- the ability to speak English and comprehend English writing in order to solve problem and engage with customer’s in a meaningful way
- Ability to reconcile issues and oversee other with showing ability to teach other’s & expectations
- Understand of garment construction, manufacturing & fitting
- Understood pattern & grading- can review a pattern and communicate with Patternmaker
- Ability to problem solving & communicate idea/ solutions proactively
