[Urgent] Metal Stamping Senior Engineer/ ExpertHeadhunt jobs

• Select the appropriate metals and materials to be used based on properties, ensuring they meet project specifications
• Design templates and jigs to be used as work aids for convenient fabrication of products and parts
• Fabricate dies using complex machinery such as drill presses, CNC, lathes and grinders
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems and perform repairs on tools, manually operated dies and progressive dies
• Use sketches, blueprints, specifications and models to plan operations for the fabrication of dies, tools and assemblies, ensuring safety and maximum efficiency
• Utilize hand and machine tools to assemble parts of tools and dies and to repair and modify gauges, jigs and dies
• Verify dimensions of finished parts to ensure they conform to specifications using dial indicators, gauge blocks, calipers and micrometers
• Lead and develop tool and die technician to meet factory objectives

• Experience working with a wide range of materials such as aluminum, steel and plastic
• Excellent technical skills, with the ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot mechanical problems
• Fluent in English is a plus
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Fabrication, Tooling, Die Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any related
• Strong work ethic and ability to adapt quickly
• Experiences in Metal tool and die making, Plastic injection molding tool and machine, Metal stamping and pressing process and equipment, CNC machining
• Collaborative, proactive attitude. Strong problem-solving skills, Proven leadership ability
