URGENT - Plant Manager (Food, Spice, Pepper, Cassava, Tropical, Seasoning)

The key responsibilities for the role will include
.Organize and manage all processes of the dept.
The plant manager will lead the plant operations for (Food, Seasoning, Snack, Pepper, Spice) plants in Vietnam. Responsible for the production as per the schedule meeting productivity, quality & safety, safety of workers in the department, conserve goods and properties of the company in the department and manage Staff and Labor in production
- Ensure the products meet quality and food safety standards.
- Ensure to meet receiving, production, shipping plan.
.Conserve facilities, machines, equipment’s, tools of department.
- Ensure meet BRC requirement
- Ensure to protect from sabotage/damage/loss
.Manage the workers in the department
.Conserve goods, ensure to protect goods from damage/loss/contamination
- Keep order in the department.
- Supervise juniors.
- Ensure workers obey regulation of company, labour safety, HACCP, CCP, GMP procedures and work instructions.
. Report and save records
- Ensure the traceability of records.
- Ensure that reports are honest, on time and exact.
- Ensure saving records adequately and easy for search.
.Training/instruction staffs.
.Control documents and records of department
- Ensure on-going training/instruction staff if any changes
- Ensure training/instruction is performed for new employees and effective

• Good knowledge in quality standards HACCP, ISO
• 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in production management in FMCG/Food industry
• Experience with are required in production of Spice, Pepper, Cassava, Tropical, Seasoning
• The role will be based in Vietnam, South
• University degree : Technology in food/chemical/mechanical/production
• Prior experience in the Edible Nuts industry is a big plus
