[Urgent] Presales Manager - Telesales Manager for Real Estate Consultancy

MANAGER TELESALES OPERATIONS
- Arranging home visits for clients.
- Guide and introduce customers to the current portfolio of all the projects, and book appointments for site visits.
- Created and maintained team relationships.
- Handling calls for Pre-sales marketing related to project inquiries, guiding them with directions, and efficient follow-ups to customers, and maintaining high service standards.
- Follow quality parameters set by the organization
- Ensure efficient follow-ups to customers and maintain high service standards.
- Coordination with sales team for all the projects and monitoring them with clients about the site visit to ensure maximum lead conversion
- Maintaining an accurate database of the call records and presentation of the same on a timely basis.
- Directing all activities required to achieve walk-in numbers to the site, targets, and goals.
- Generate site visit prospects over the phone
- Handling inbound calls and making outbound calls to buyers for properties.
- Proactively follow up with leads generated.
TRAINING AND DEVELOPING PRE-SALES EXECUTIVES
- Recruit, train and develop the sales executives to make sure they can represent the Masterise Homes to converse with customers

- Fluent in English speaking
- Core Competencies
- Should have a strong location-awareness
- Minimum 2 years experience required in Outbound / Inbound calling or Customer Service profile. Experience in Real Estate is a plus
- Multilingual speaking is a plus
- Must have Client Handling skills.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Impressive voice
- Korean / Chinese / Northen Accent is an advantage
