URGENT - Production/ Materials Planning Manager (Manufacturing)- English

Take responsibility in leading project and ensuring the execution of planning strategies for Electronic Manufacturing industry.
Plan capacity modules and schedules for production departments.
May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Drives down overall cost and enhance production quality for fulfill yearly cost & quality target.
Oversee Key Performance Metrics of the Department.
Working time: : 8:00AM~5:00PM, Mon ~ Fri.
Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
Working place: District 9, HCMC.

Determine production requirements based on plant capacity and production specifications, coordinate with other departments to resolve production problem

Fluent English communication and strong in leadership quality.
Strong financial and analytical ability.
Proficiency in managing business analytics to determine optimum company footprint.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or other related disciplines.
Proven track record of successful change management accomplishments, implementing and management continuous productivity and cost reduction programs.
Strong proficiency in determining logistics requirements to enable company’s business goals and objectives with ability to devise and implement strategy to achieve targets.
At least 10 years in the role of Materials Planning, including 6 years in a management role at a foreign manufacturing company with over 2000+ headcounts. (Must)
Strong knowledge of international direct and indirect taxes as well as global customs regimes.
