Urgent - Purchasing Staff

• Assumes accountability for control all cost of components, consumables, raw pack material, etc...to meet the needs of company in achievement of the savings target and cost control
• Import/ Export duty
• To be responsible for all purchasing activities relating to sourcing, cost, quality and service for direct Materials, and indirect materials
- Saving Projects management.
- Handle import/export process
- Saving ideas.
- Forwarding services sourcing.
- Cost saving
- Update/review import/export duty
- Reports as requirement
• Sourcing
- Supplier evaluation
- Market analysis
- Research and seek new sources

- Must be highly motivated, highly disciplined, and process driven.
- MS Office (excel, word, powerpoint...).
- Integrity and honesty
- Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under stress.
- Financial background is preferred
- At least 4 years in multi-company is preferable
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- University Degree
- Good in data / figures.
- Pro-active and adaptable
- Good analytical skills
- Proficient English and Vietnamese written or spoken. Other language an advantage
