Urgent - Technical Sale

· Identify and penetrate the following influencers in GBI segment.
Government related projects including mega projects
Architects and design firms for building projects
Roofing/partition wall system owner
Project owners/ Developers
· Ensure specified projects are constantly updated between the field sales to order to convert specified projects into sales revenue

· Assist and provide coaching to junior specifiers to ensure country specification sales target are
· Build relationships and work closely with with key decision makers above to provide the technical data and product information to implement the specifications and manage bidding processes
· Ensure projects are constantly updated and coordinated with the field Sales using the CRM system
· Develop segment specification plan to achieve the allocated specification sales target
· Drive stakeholder specification processes and specification pack to junior specifiers
· Develop specification pack for the various specification stake holders and ensure the materials are always updated with the stake holders

- Fluent in English
- Have sales specification background with strong architect networking for at least 3 years in:
- Building Science or Engineering educational background
- Sales and Negotiation Skills
- Good knowledge in building performance on energy efficiencies, fire and acoustics
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in building product specification
- Identify and penetrate the following influencers in General Building Insulation (GBI) segment
- Good competency in Microsoft office, excel, PowerPoint and AutoCAD
- Good leadership
- Handle multiple Architect Company and government Mega-project
- Government related projects including Mega-project
- Ability to develop plans and bring effective implementation
- Good understanding of BIM
