URGENT - Training & Development Specialist (Bien Hoa)

Prepare budget for training programs and workshops
Prepare and present reports on training program KIPs
Oversee employee attendance and performance
Track employee success and progress
Identify training needs according to needs
Manage the production of program marketing material in collaboration with the marketing team
Communicate all the training programs on a timely basis
Bring guest presenters if necessary
Based on research, plan and implement training programs that will prepare employees for the next step of their career paths
Build quarterly and annual training program
Prepare and deliver training courses
Implement training KPIs
Have a program announcement marketing strategy
Evaluate employees and identify weaknesses
Manage Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for the business and develop resourceful strategies
Encourage employees for training
Present all the technical and supply training requirements

Experience working with/administering a learning management system
HR local Law knowledge
Strong project management and organizational skills
Knowledge of key talent management & OD models and industry trends
Good Communication skills
Bachelor&039;s Degree, 3-5 years of experience in Talent and OD or related fields, with progressive responsibilities of manufacturing company
English competency is a must. Be able to conduct a presentation in English.
Ability to work with all levels and diversify of departments in the company
Experience coordinating and developing training within an organizational context
Excellent at MS Office skills (especially MS PP)
Experience running a training needs assessment and/or designing skills assessments
Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines
