REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• At least 3 years' experience in similar role, hands-on experience in designing desktop apps and mobile
apps is plus.
• Proficiency English, familiar with international working environment, and able to work with
stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in technical or design related field and design portfolio
• Advanced proficiency in React, Figma, XD, the Adobe suite, and Acrobat, or similar, with ability and
desire to master these specific tools
• Experience with transitions, animation, motion design and dynamic interaction
• Experience/knowledge in Warehouse Management/Logistic is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate and brainstorm in a group
• Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills, along with presentation and negotiation skills
• A penchant for details and organization, including the ability to prioritize tasks, communicate progress and
meet deadlines
• Familiar with agile development processes and comfortable working closely with technical resources
• The ability to effectively take direction and work both collaboratively and autonomously
• Must be familiar with design standards, including responsive design, and with managing and implementing
design systems.

• Agile and Software development experience
• Experience with industrial or work applications
• Experience with mobile device and responsive design principles
• Familiar with front-end development and coding
