UX/ UI Designer (Mid-level)

LocalizeDirect is from Sweden. We are delivering fast-growing translation, localization QA and CMS services for the game development Industry. We are expanding our large, reliable network of native-speaking translators into 65+ language pairs. LocalizeDirect Vietnam has established and grown quickly since 2017 with more than 20 full-time employees and more to come.

The Opportunity

Joining us, you will work with our flagship product - Gridly - an innovative spreadsheet for multi-language content, aimed at empowering teams to create global games and websites.
Gridly has been adopted by the biggest brands in the game industry - Pokemon, Rovio, Enuma, etc.
What You&039;ll Do:

Deeply understand and solve complex problems to help our customers.
Quickly iterate on your designs based on design reviews, user testing, data analysis, and customer feedback.
Contribute to and maintain a growing design system.
Collaborate closely with design, product, and engineering teams to bring products to life.
Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

Fluent in English
Experience building and using design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries
Able to conduct user research to gain insights and optimize designs
Good team working and communication skills. Comfortable working closely with product owners, developers, and QA team
1-3 years of UX and UI experience
A problem solver. You can reduce complex problems down to the right balance of flexibility, and ease of use
Highly skilled in Figma
Good programming understanding/ programming background
A portfolio that clearly demonstrates the use of UX process and high-quality UI designs

It&039;s a plus if you have:

Experience building B2B products is a big plus
Skills in Sketch & Adobe XD
