UX/UI Designer

Strong understanding of user experience design fundamentals (e.g. informationarchitecture, interaction design, user flows, etc.)
Organize and conduct user testing sessions validate new experiences
Collaborate with other disciplines in identifying and resolving problems
Design product solutions that are functional, thoughtful and solve our users’ problems
Identify, analyze, and communicate user and business requirements
Own style guide by maintaining the guide with the rest of the Design Team, work with the development team on decisions related to front end UI framework and work with product and marketing to ensure common branding is communicated throughout
Ability to adapt to new tools
Capable negotiator and public speaker
Act as a representative and ambassador of the team both internally and externally
Help to create a useful product that automates our customers’ tasks and pushes the boundaries of the world of financial audit
Be accessible, willing, and eager to guide, support, and constructively receive and provide critique and feedback.
Prototype and/or create mocks for new features and solutions to design problems
Iterate designs based on research, user feedback sessions, user interviews, peer feedback, and product roadmap
Flexibility, adaptability, and time management in adjusting quickly to shiftingapproaches, situations, priorities, and timelines
Ability to thrive in a highly iterative process that involves listening, adapting, moving fast, talking to others, and constantly collaborating with the product team and crossfunctionally
Ensure design consistency and quality is maintained across the application
