Person will be responsible for coordinating vendors in a region of America. This will include research and analysis of issued work orders and contacting vendors by phone or email to for scheduling and to confirm work completion per client standards.
Preference given to applicants who completed internships or worked in English speaking countries or jobs.
This position requires very advanced English skills as you will spend a good portion of the day on the telephone and communicating via email.
Training will be provided for the first month of employment at a minimum.
Applicant will spend a large amount of the workday at the computer doing research and communicating on the phone or by email with their supervisor in the US and field vendors.
The position we are hiring for is Vendor Coordinator/Account Manager in our Ho Chi Minh City office.
Person will also perform some recruiting to find suitable vendors in their region, and some price negotiation with vendors as needed to meet client requirements.
Preference given to candidates with customer service and procurement experience, internship is ok.

Person must have experience with using the computer as well as MS Office applications. Person hired will work directly with our team in the US and provide support and feedback.
PLEASE NOTE: We have two shifts available for this position 4p-1a M-F and 8p-5a M-F. This is not a daytime position.

-Bachelor&039;s degree major in Business Administration, Accounting, Customer Service or related fields, experience may waive the need for a college degree
