- Key projects/tasks on the process side include built-in quality, critical skill development, skill inventory, optimizing floor space utilization by improving factory layout, risk assessment & management, detailed planning, and reviews before execution, quick changeover of styles in a line, devising sharper metrics and daily management of key numbers.
- Maintain and improve the quality management system, to reduce the error rate of products and increase the efficiency of using materials, machinery, and Guide and solve problems arising thoroughly in the process of manufacturing and advising and proposing to the General Director the implementation method. - Directing the implementation of work by the approved technical - technological process; detect errors and limitations of implementation plans; timely adjustment and improvement guidelines
- Plan production and organize work according to the technology process, assigned plans. - Balancing the production capacity of the factory, proactively proposing solutions to improve the exploitation and use of machinery and human resources of the garment factory. - Planning production for the factory based on the overall plan as required.
- Acts as a positive influence that delivers continuous cost reduction, improve operational efficiency and increases service levels through development and deployment of state-of-the-art production principles (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) while managing capital expenditures for the best use of the company.
- Manage appropriate KPIs to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness; uses data to work across functions and make effective commercial decisions balancing competing priorities.
- Work closely with BU on successful completion of all innovative products with a proper transfer of knowledge, working with Internal interfaces closely (Dev /Merchandising /Planning /QA /IE /Production,..).
- Lead operation with the support of production managers to ensure on-time delivery, quality made and manufacturing cost.
- Work with merchandising teams to follow uploading and order planning.
- Budgeting and monitoring budgets to ensure costs are in line with the agreed budgets.
- Conduct data-based reviews with the teams and convey appreciation.
