To be able to do that, we must be at the forefront when it comes to understanding our clients’ needs so we can innovate and optimize quality standpoint. Therefore we are looking for an experienced Video QA Expert to join our Esoft family.
***RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Quality
• Align technical/training and production teams on client quality standards
• Work with production and training teams to raise the level of quality and consistency across the production team to ensure a continued high level of client satisfaction
• Develop and set technical editing SOPs based on quality and efficiency
2. Client relations
• Develop and maintain client SLAs
• Handle client dialogue including supporting and advising with new and current products, workflows, input requirements, and output expectations
• Solve client complaints and take preventive actions
• Testing and incorporation of new clients and products
3. Innovation
• Take an active role to optimize and innovate our workflows, processes, communication, hardware/software
and product portfolio

***QUALIFICATION
1. Most important proficiency
• Bachelor Degree, preferably in relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in professional video production, video motion graphics
• Expert in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, After Effects and Motion Graphic
• Exceptional eye for detail and quality of video production
• Familiar with social media channels and the use of video on those
• Sound knowledge of video shooting techniques
• Dedicated, hard-working and flexible when it comes to working hours
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Vietnamese and English proficiency
• Be able to multi-task and handle projects that run in parallel
2. Less important/nice to have proficency
• Have knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
• Ability to observe and evaluate quickly and effectively
• Management experience is a plus
• Overseas working/studying experience is a plus
