Việc Làm: CHIEF ACCOUNTANT/BREWERY CONTROLLER (Tiền Giang)

Job Purpose
- Be the VT business partner for the OPCO supply chain management team (including VT leadership team), have a good understanding of the functional processes to ensure effective business decision making at Heineken
- Lead the finance team of VT to manage day-to-day financial activities of Heineken Vung Tau; control its financial resources and ensure that all financial transactions, systems and procedures comply with regulations, accounting principles and standards. Ensure all reports requested by both Group reporting team and local authorities are met, prepared in accurately and in time.
- Set and support delivery of challenging brewery financial and non-financial target in the supply chain area within an effective and robust financial control environment, including ongoing projects.
Accountabilities
Key Activities:
- Be business partnership and decision support by:
- Direct and control the cash management including cost control, credits and currency exposure to ensure compliance to the company policy.
- Ensure the control, compliance and risk management is maintained with integrity
- Provide advice, guidance and influence/strengthen decision making in the company.
- Assure overall tax planning functions of the Company and to ensure that the company&039;s overall tax liabilities and exposure are minimized.
- Maximise business performance by working closely alongside, challenging and influencing the brewery team, opco supply chain team and finance team.
- Perform business performance review by monitoring and developing insight performance at the brewery level.
- Monitor & manage timely and accurately accounting reports and financial statements to the management. Advise the management on financial matters and update local laws and regulations on the operation of the organization to assist the management in decision making.
- Provide support to other managers with financial analysis and other financial reporting functions to help them manage their financial responsibilities.
- Lead, direct, evaluate and develop financial staff to ensure that the company&039;s accounting activities are conducted accurately, consistently and according to relevant laws, regulations and standards. Ensure all local statutory filings are completed accurately and on time. Present and explain results to local regulatory authorities as required.
- Support the business planning cycle such as strategic plan, annual plan and latest estimates.

YÊU CẦU

Qualifications:
- University graduate in Business/Finance/Accounting
Experience / skills required:
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of VAS and IAS, good understanding of related tax and legal issues and a proven track record of working with related authorities.
- Minimum five years’ experience in accounting and financial management experience covering all aspects of business functions at multi-national company.
- Strong problem solving, negotiating, analysis and interpersonal skills
- Decisiveness and analytical thinker
- Have good relationship with local authorities.

- Fluent with spoken and written English
