_ Working place: VSIP BAC NINH Industrial Park , No.88 Tu Son, Huu Nghi Stress, Dai Dong, Tien Du, Bắc Ninh

_ Job descriptions:

Forecast and Planning
- Other materials: Receiving bottles, plastic bottles, pallets, ... according to allocation
- Create PR to order materials promptly and accurately
- Material accessories: Based on the standards used to establish and receive auxiliary materials including: Nitrogen, CO2, DO, gas.
- Make weekly / daily plans based on production plan and WH / DII capacity (date in inventory) and work with suppliers to ensure timely receipt of the right amount and SKU.
- Planning weekly / daily production based on sales needs and production capacity
- Coordinate with the production of materials used to produce then put PR / PO to order in time
Raw Material Management
- Resources related to RM suppliers
- Manage DII and ability to provide to adapt to the needs of customers
- Manage documents and receive plans to ensure supply for production and safety warehouses
- Coordinate with relevant departments to inspect and control material quality
- Make sure the monthly plan must be approved by the PA Director nationwide
- Manage of change in the Planning to ensure full supply to Sales and minimize impact to production (OEE, human supply)
- Coordinate the main transfer plan from the entire PA in time
Others
- Perform tasks arising in the scope of work required by the direct manager
- Create required reports: Actual production statistics compared to monthly plans.
- Determine seriously the regulations of the company, regulations on safety, fire prevention, food hygiene and food security

- Management of Co-packer and Concetration if required.

- Good at English and computer office
- At least 3-year experiences in supply chain management, prefer FMCG experiences
- Strong at communication, influencing- Good at problem solving and planning skill
- Bachelor Degree
