2.To provide high standard of quality and speedy service..

3.To set kinds of table setting and kinds of meeting.

4.Have a basic knowledge of all food and beverage.

5.To ensure that the service station and surrounding area kept clean.

6.To monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage

7.To record any unusual events and problems/complaints encountered during the operational hours in the Daily or Function Report which will be handed to the supervisor or duty manager.

8.To check kinds of equipment to maintain the equipment work well.

9.To maintain a good rapport to you manager ；

10.To send soiled and collect clean linen from laundry before and after each service.

11.To ensure all function rooms are kept clean and tidy and all operating equipment are stored properly.

12.To attend all training sessions/program that are requested by the Hotel’s Management.

13.Perform tasks as assigned by the hotel management and your supervisor
