Warehouse Assistant Manager

- Ensure procedures are developed and in place for all high risk tasks within Ware House and enforced,
- Implement policies, Procedures and activities to maximize the efficiency, reliability, timeliness and cost effectiveness of out bound logistics activities.,
- Coordinate and working with sales and operations team to ensure the logistics plans and activities of finished products are integrated and aligned with the overall objectives including transportation and production planning,
- Ensure performance of subordinates is reviewed on a bi annual basis and development plans are created,
- Responsible for reducing outbound transportation cost and come up with propose actions,
- Maintain, monitor and regularly evaluate relationships and contracts with external suppliers so organization has a reliable supply services that meet its standards of quality, time lines and cost,
- Ensure implementation and evolution of safety procedures,
- Monitor the performance of outbound logistics activities against the company goals,
- Ensure succession plans are developed and in place for people identified with potential for promotion or increased responsibility ensuring their knowledge gaps are clearly identified and training plans put in place to close existing gaps
Plans, develops, and implements new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs, and effect greater utilization of labor and materials.
- Train workers in methods, procedures, and use of equipment and work with the following the EHS guidelines.
- Capture the performance of goods delivered to customer and in-house GY and other materials.
- Ensure the cycle count is continuously maintained in a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity for both finish goods and yarn.
- Have strategic partnerships with key customers and ensure performances are aligned to expectations,
- Complete and maintain reports, such as time and delivery records and inventories.
- To support and work on any other duties and tasks as and when required by the senior management based on work load and the requirements.

- Working hour: Mon - Sat (7h30 - 15h30). Company has shuttle bus for Ho Chi Minh, Bien Hoa, Binh Duong route.
- Candidate is living at Nhon Trach, Long Thanh, Bien Hoa, Thu Duc is preferred.
- At least 5 years’ experience in related role.
- Master of Supply chain management or related fields, Knowledge of Ware house and distribution process
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
- Good computer skills: MS Office, Auto CAD
- Good English for speaking and writing
- Understand clearly about KPIs.
- Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
- Experience in Warehouse management and best practices.
- Implement and monitor out bound logistics action plan to facilitate the cost effective flow between customer premises
