Mô tả công việc


  • Monitor the LSP daily operations of:


  1. Goods receiving process : quality, specification, quantity check , document check


  2. Goods processing process : sorting, splitting, bar-coding, repacking ,labeling , consolidating


  3. Goods delivering process: palletizing, truck arranging, goods delivery accuracy, sealing, documenting...


  4. Stock management, inventory management


  5. Manage working equipment, materials which are provided by MM Mega Market like: Raw material, crates, working tool…


  • Evaluate, monitor and maintain the good performance of LSP, secure their reliable services


  • Perform administrative and reporting functions related to CWs: Monitor and guide together with SC controlling about LSP’s, payment.


  • Support, coach LSP to solve issues with suppliers, stores and others department in daily operation.


  • Monitor and review daily, weekly, monthly report, KPI report to determine the accuracy


  • Follow up strictly claim management what are agreed together with LSP to ensure all issues are solved timely, all damage caused by LSP are compensated.


  • Setup and join the daily, weekly, monthly meeting with LSP to review the effective of operation, KPI, reward or penalty and discuss about solution to prevent.


  • Support the SC controlling, Accounting, Audit team to make sure that all expenses are clear and essential


  • Keep in touch with all concerned departments within MM Mega Market (Offer management, Quality assurance, Import-Export, Sourcing platform, Stores, Auditors, or government department) to assist LSP to setup a smooth operation circle.

Yêu cầu công việc


  • University degree


  • Knowledge and experience in distribution, logistics field, quality assurance or related ones.


  • Basic English Skills


  • Computer skills ( Excel).


  • Communication and solving-problem skills; experience in joining social work/ extra activities is a plus.


  • Experience: not require


  • Working location: ICD Tan Cang Song Than - Binh Duong
