Warehouse Co-Ordinator

We are looking for warehouse coordinator who will be working in OOCL Logistics Vietnam 's sub contracted warehouse located in Hai Phong (Hai An District, Dinh Vu Industrial Zone)
Warehouse coordinator is our representative in warehouse, his/her main responsibility is including but not limited to following:
- Daily monitor warehouse operation including cargo receiving, storage and container loading
- Ensure warehouse operator strictly follow OLL’s warehouse process and customer SOP; improve warehouse process.
- Record shipper/vendor’s performance and revert to CSV in charge for vendors’ improvement.
- Assist shipper/vendors (if trouble) and co-operate with CSV to solve arising issues during cargo receiving, storage and container loading.
- Take part in KPI review meeting and CTPAT warehouse audit of OLL
- Monthly report to CSV MGT on warehouse operation (warehouse ‘s KPI, process, facility; CSV issues; vendor’s performance, VGM…)
