Warehouse Executive

- Supporting Warehouse & Loading Manager in timely supplying materials for fabricating.
- Ensuring materials & tools to be in good condition for using, receiving good quality materials/ products.
- Delivering exact quantity on time based on requirements.
- Assigning job and managing daily task of warehouse workers/ loading team.
- Administrating duties as required to assure daily target is achieved.
- Receiving goods in Production and updating data on Microsoft Excel and ERP system.
- Delivering goods in terms of receiving Fabrication Order from Planing dept, preparing Packing list.
- Making daily planning for loading.
- Supervising Loading leader to manage loading team with safety and efficiency as priority.
- Co-operating with Production, Planning, CSD, Loading leader to make sure that the loading schedule will be on time
- Supervising loading job during loading time
- Training and monitoring subordinates according to procedure and policies of company and safe working practices.
- Continuously monitoring the performance and activities of the warehouse/ loading team through the economies of large scale with a primary focus on cost control. Assisting Warehouse & Loading Manager in general, administrative issues.
