Warehouse Executive / Nhân Viên Kho

- Performing a daily inspection of storage condition in warehouse.
- Supervising daily activities in warehouse: import/storage/export/labelling,… in Bonded and Non Bonded Warehouse, mainly in VSIP IZ, Tu Son, Bac Ninh and ICD Tien Son, Tien Du, Bac Ninh.
- Checking inventory of cargo weekly/monthly/quarterly.
- Maintaining records, reporting relevant information and handling documentation in the end of month.
- Communicating and coordinating with other departments in Hanoi and customers when they visit warehouse.

Job Requirement
*** Qualification skills:
- At least 2-3 years working experience in the Warehouse/Store Control is advantage (Especially have worked for several Japanese companies is better)
- Having knowledge and update new custom laws and regulations;
- Gender: Male
- Must be fluent in writing & speaking English. Efficient communication through phone call in English;
*** Personal Requirements:
- Possess operations experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Being service-minded, careful, hard-working and positive thinking;
- Age from 25-30 years old.
- Good thinking and independent work.
- High responsibility, being able to work under pressure;
- Honest, passionate, cheerful.
WORKING HOURS & WORK PLACE
• Time of work: 08:00 AM - 17:00PM
(1 hour break for lunch, 5 days/ week and Saturday moring)
• Work place: Indo Tran Bonded warehouse
(No. 3, Road 6, VSIP Industrial Park, Phu Chan, Tu Son, Bac Ninh)

Review salary 1 time/year based on employee&039;s performance and contribution
