Warehouse Manager

A warehouse manager is the main point of contact for an essential part of the supply chain process. This means that you will have to be experienced in warehousing, managing warehouse workers, processes, and a warehouse management system. You will be in charge of maintaining safety standards to ensure that products are dispatched and delivered safely and efficiently.
- Implement traceability, First Expired First Out, expiry date and freshness policies. Ensure stock accuracy and losses are managed
- Find opportunities for innovation to improve warehouse KPIs, working processes, enhance efficiency, save cost
- Define long term plan and annual plan including objectives, goals and targets for warehousing operation in line with the business strategy.
- Drive safety and sustainability in the warehouse, Address and fix the issues, Ensure performance efficiency of team
- Control stock count, reconcile between actual and system, find out root cause if happened to unbalance or mixing to have action plans to improve, supervise like the plan to ensure stock accuracy as company policy
- Manage warehouse cost (Opex) in line with AOP target

• Good English and computer skills (Word, Excel, Power point) skills.

• At least 7 years experience in Logistics/ Warehouse, in which 2 years at Supervisor/ Manager positions.
• Experience with ERP system such as Dynamic, AX, SAP; prefer experience in developing WMS is preferable
• Strong communication, negotiation,
• Time management skills.
