Warehouse Manager Assistant

Assist WH manager to supervise the warehouse team and manage day to day warehouse operations..
Control the shelf-life in order to follow the FIFO policy effective.
Assist WH Manager to supervise and coordinate unloading & loading of inbound & outbound shipments.
Prepare related documents for shipment/order.
Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety.
Ensure that work schedule is correctly implemented and that jobs are effectively assigned and properly completed.
Assist Warehouse Manager, implement warehouse and management systems and working practices in line with best practice and continuous improvement.
Seek and assist in process improvement and operation cost saving.
Monitor and maintain stock accuracy by ensuring the physical stock is in line with the warehouse management system and ensure all stock movements are recorded on time to ensure accuracy.
Verify required inbound/outbound paperwork, ensuring that all products are properly counted.
Input data accuracy and well update in system.
