Warehouse Manager - KCN Quang Minh

* Objectives:
- Organize, manage all daily activities of warehouseOrganize, manage all daily activities of warehouse
- Ensure customers are satisfied in the services of company with “3 True”
- Improve the capacity of subordinate to develop the high of human resources (back-up, training…)
* Main tasks:
- Ensure operating procedures are correctly and effectively followed
- Ensure operating costs within the approval budget
- Ensure goods are exported/imported/stored correctly with WMS system. Applying paperless operation number conversion
- Customer services guarantee:
+ Meet enough resources to serve customers (People, forklifts, pallets…)
+ Implement service improvement actions based on the CX’s NPS survey results
+ Ensure the regular meeting with key customers to listen, understand the root cause of problems and seek the opportunities to improve the service quality
+ Response the requests, incidents, customer complaints within 24 hours. Ensure “3 rights”
+ Predict the customer needs and plan to meet customer needs
+ Seek the opportunities to add values to customer: optimize the operation cost, report through software
- Implement SHEI according to regulations and provide measures to achieve the labour productivity based on the approved KPI
- Increasing the efficiency of warehouse use, ensuring the productivity of workers
+ Ensure all employee understand their roles, responsibilities, requirement of customer and possess the core value
+ Ensure the recruitment, sack based on the core values
+ Ensure measure the core values through specific behaviour and policies
- Coordinate, support other departments as required to increase the operation efficiently
- Other tasks assigned by BOD

- Degree: College/University
- Good English.
- At least 5 years experiences in the same position
- Knowledge about Safety, HSE and know how to co-operation and control concerned issues
