Warehouse Manager & Logistic

Overall Responsibility:
As Warehouse Manager, you are responsibilty to lead the operation team and ensure the efficiency of warehouse’s operation
Main Responsibility:
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Plan and manage the stock inventory to make sure the goods availability for sales and ensure accuracy of data input between system and physical inventory
- Ensure the HSE of warehouse
- Manage the daily activities of operation team (including: dispatching, packaging, stampling, loading and unloading goods, storage) to ensure the smoothly operation
- Hire, train, develop and motivate the staffs to ensure the productivity of operation
- Other ad-hocs
- Manage the fleet team to ensure the on-time delivery service to the clients
- Co-operate with the other departments (Cutomer Services/Sales Team/Supply Team,..) to resovling the claims of suppliers/clients
- Set up and build the procedures of warehouse operation
- Do the analysis reports of lost and expired products

- Familiar with ERP/ software of warehouse managemen and Microsoft office application
- University/College Graduate in Economic/Logistics/ Supply Chain
- Strong Leadership
- Management skills
- Good English and Vietnamese Communication
- Experience in setting up warehouse
- Well-organized person with can-do attitude
- 5+ years experience in warehouse management or relevant experience with level of Manager/Supervisor
- Problem - solving skills
