1. Operations
- Manage and improve approved Work Instructions for all activities of Warehouse operation to comply with requirements;
- Manage all activities of using MHE, Facilities to comply with instruction, to ensure all vehicles are used in good quality status, minimize on damaged problems;
- Be contact point for co-ordination, discussion and communication of assigned warehouse. To receive, solve, make decision for complain and/or problem arose at assigned warehouse. Ensure same problem and/or issue will not keep on repeat;
- Ensure the working, storage performance in the most efficient way & effective housekeeping manner;
- Ensure all of operations to comply with agreed KPI target;
- Ensure all of warehouse operation report to be taken to comply with deadline.
2. Safely, Healthy, and Environment
- Be COMPANY representative for EHS at assigned site;
- Ensure all of team operations to comply with EHS requirements, ISO standards and national regulations;
- Solve and report on time the accident, EHS problem;
- Be responsible and authorized person at assigned site on Fire protection, Environmental pollution protection, Eliminating Health & Safety hazards;
- Ensure safe working practices and conducive working environment within the operation site;
- Ensure that the Company staffs and vendor staff who are assigned to work at site are communicated and maintaining the Environmental, Health & Safety procedures and policies.
3. People Management & Development
- Develop a high performance service and EHS culture & mindset within team;
- Lead proper and right behaviors for all levels across the team by proposing disciplinary actions, recognition (if any);
- Lead and maintain good and effective communication between team and other teams of Company;
- Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staffs to the achievement of Company objectives and Department targets;
- Conduct annual or/and monthly performance appraisal for team members, identifying training needs to compile the Departmental Human Capital Learning Plan (HCLP).
- Perform On the Job Training (OJT) Planning and Administration.
- Other tasks by direct Supervisor.
4. System Monitoring
- Manage and ensure proper process daily transitions in systems to comply with approved WIs & BRD;
- Ensure data confidential.
5. Inventory Management
- Responsible for inventory of assigned warehouse and ensure physical cargo matched with system information in terms of quantity, item, and expired date;
- Coordinate with customer finance & PA for monthly, quarterly, yearly inventory count;
- Ensure the cargo inside warehouse are well organized and the storing location accuracy.
6. Customers:
- Maintain good working relationships, good customer service, co-ordination, discussion and communication;
- Deal efficiently with any queries that are raised by any clients, customers, or vendors.
7. Quality Assurance
- Coordinate with QA departments maintain and develop a good service quality level in assigned warehouse to comply with the Company and/or customer requirements;
- Plan and monitor monthly, quarterly, annual the Internal Audit to comply the Company requirement and/or customer requirements;
- Plan and monitor the annual training for staff.
