Warehouse Officer

Job Objectives

Assist in training for new comers (WH assistants, WH workers)
Ensure that it is clean and neat goods/ materials storage area
Assist in update SOPs’ content at Warehouse on time
Ensure that dispatched goods/ material accords to FIFO rule
Ensure that storage goods/ materials are in accordance with GSP and SOPs instruction
Ensure that the data and bin location of goods/ materials on inventory card are an exact match of actual

Job Duties:

Issue the minutes of receipted goods return and return rejected goods/ materials to Supplier/ form Distributor
Receive goods /materials are returned from Dept. Production and Customers
Check Permission of Release/ COA, delivery note and packing list for goods/ materials
Prepare goods/ materials inventory requisition for Dept. Production and Customers
Assign WH’s assistant and workers of goods/ materials group to the job
Co-operate with Production Planning Section, Dept. Sales, and Dept. Production as jobs:

- Delivery goods/ materials to Customers
- Follow up progressing pallet packing for goods/ materials bases on delivery note and packing list
- Assist in confirm exact quantity of goods/ materials as shipping schedule
- Follow up checking goods/ materials at Customs VSIP post

Check actual physical stock meets between inventory card and MRP
Arrange goods/ materials:

- Ensure that goods/ materials arranges to accord of status
- Ensure that moving of rack/ shelf of goods/ materials follows procedure
- Ensure that empty bin location will be filled with pallets of goods/ materials

Support Receiving Group loads goods/ materials from third party
Update the inventory of goods/ materials monthly report
Participate in implementing the general jobs of Warehouse:
Join all of activities as: GMP, GSP, GDP, firefighting, etc.

English communication
ISO, HSE, etc.
Bachelor degree in Logistics / Supply chain management/ Business administration / related field
Microsoft Office: Microsoft Office: level B, knowledge of warehouse software package.
