Warehouse Operations Executive - Ump

Main Purpose
Unilever Market Place provide exceptional service to 14 million traditional trade stores in D&E markets, enabling them to grow their business and compete against organized trade and e-com, while sharing the wealth we create with the extended eco system including our customers. You are a member of the Logistics Team that including operational management, and strategic direction.
Main Accountabilities
Process, SOP
• Follow process, SOP for warehouse operations.
Warehousing:
• Manage 3pls exchange of damaged or missing goods for retailers if the error is caused by 3pls warehouse, ensure that the issues are handled on time according to SOP.
• Manage goods close to the date, find the root cause of goods close to the date, with key Multi-functional stakeholders to resolve issues and build relevant SOPs.
• Manage damaged, lost good, find the root cause of damaged, lost good, work with relevant teams to handle the issues and improve the problem in the future.
• Work with 3PL/distributors to handle operational issues to guarantee smooth services.
• Responsible for metrics, reports, process documentation of Warehousing.
• Manage packing material: make sure 3PLs pack the correct box size with the size of the goods. Book PO with suppliers to always have carton boxes available for packaging.
• Manage inbound, outbound, reconcile inventory daily to make sure inventory balance between UMP and 3PLs. Work with relevant departments to handle the issues as soon as they arise.
• Manage 3PL fulfilment service KPI, find root causes and drive actions.
• Manage the orders dispatch late, understand reason of late dispatching, work with relevant teams to handle the issues and improve the problem in the future.

Factors for the Job Key Skills Relevant Experience
• Ability to work multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. Eager to learn new thing.
• A bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Ability to work with data & data analysis to maintain daily operations and generate insights (with advanced Excel skill).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Understand process of inbound, outbound, storage to manage 3PLs in warehouse operations.
