A warehouse manager is the main point of contact for an essential part of the supply chain process. This means that you will have to be experienced in warehousing, managing warehouse workers, processes, and a warehouse management system. You will be in charge of maintaining safety standards to ensure that products are dispatched and delivered safely and efficiently.

• Accomplishes warehouse operations human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.

• Accomplishes warehouse operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Improve efficiency of storage and processes.
• Sourcing of operations equipment, instruments, etc.
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
• Meets warehouse operations financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
