Warehouse & Production Coordinator

- Manage product transferring between Warehouses and deliver to customers through 3PL execution and on SUN system.
- Contribute logistics expertise by identifying, analyzing and measuring improvements to key processes and procedures.
- Manage operation & performance of of 3PL in term of warehouse and production activities, include Product quality, Safety and Regulatory Compliance, link to the Yara Policy for HESQ, delivery quality.
- Other assigned tasks of operation and report if needed.
- Maintain physical stock count.
- Support marketing, value chain on sample delivery.
- Work with Customer service and logistics function to implement processes, standards and operating discipline.
- Write/control all the procedures, work flows of warehouse operation
- Safety coordination internal and external (to warehouse/ customers)
- Catch up demand of Production
- Check & confirm payment for 3PLs base on contract/tariff.
- Monitor changes in Rules and Procedures and inform line manager.
- Sourcing inland transportation when needed.
- Manage and execute third party agreements. Monitor KPI’s for 3PLs.
- Deliver training/ sharing Product Stewardship to 3PL.
- Control inventory & allocate stock at each warehouse.
- Make material/FG delivery planning

English fluent both in speaking & writing
Experience from multi-national companies
Bachelor’s or College’s degree of Economic/Foreign Trade.
2-3 years’ experience with warehouse/ production management is a must
Good at communication; Time management; Interpersonal
Locate at Phú Mỹ, Bà Rịa-Vũng Tàu or willing to relocate to Phú Mỹ.
Travelling possibility & training skill.
