Warehouse Solutions Design Manager

· Project Kick- Off
· Elaborate solutions in reply to RFIs, RFQs and Tenders of Logistics (warehousing services, VAS)
· Interact with prospects to understand their supply chain requirements
· Justify solution proposed to prospects
· Prepare costing model
· Prepare technical and commercial proposals for the solutions and present to the customers
Hand over projects to operations after go-live
Liaise with vendors
Definition of the operational tools such as reports, billing, KPIs, SLAs
Establish and document Standard Operation Procedures (SOP)
Track and Trace (Link)
Implement services secured for new warehouse customers
Conduct training for operational staff
Management of the IT solution deployment
· Post Project Implementation
Responsible to define, deploy, monitor and analyse KPI
Assist in implementation of new customer requirements on existing operations
In house improvement projects on quality and productivity in Supply Chain Services
Prepare monthly/ quarterly report meeting for operational review
Team Management
Post project review
Propose Continuous improvement
· Ensure all changes in Department / Section communicated properly to the team
· Plan and monitor team development together with HR Division
· Ensure team understanding and implementation on Bollore’s Value in daily work behaviours
· Plan and monitor team performance including give coaching and counselling needed to deliver expected outcomes
· Ensure and monitor team compliance to the Bollore’s Code of Conduct and Company’s regulations
· Ensure updated Job Description availability for the team by coordinating with HR Division

· Possess cross-functional knowledge and experience with quality, information systems and processes
· A specialization in supply chain, Freight forwarding is recommended
· Possess abilities to influence, negotiate, and resolve conflicts to reach consensus on common goals
· Exemplary interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate at all levels to maintain relationships
· Possess a restless desire to continually rethink the organization’s problems, probe their root causes, and lead experiments to find the best currently known countermeasures
· Have experience in related industry,
· Experience in Process design, warehouse layout design and re-engineering
· Fluent in English
