Warehouse Supervior

- Be responsible for controlling and checking the computerized delivery system during shift working
- Implement the working schedule for staff based on the receiving and delivery plan.
- Timely report to Manager for solution and action of any receiving/ delivery problems in daily.
- Operate with company system and access to SAP Management to have the Information, delivery bookings in SAP.
- Control of delivery blends, organize of emptying and Cleaning of Silos. Management by walking
- Check and control the equipment, operation system, verify the equipment with repair requirements.
- Coordinate with Maintenance department to ensure the intake system is well-controlled & kept under good maintenance & repair
- Motivate & encourage silo/intake members /cleaner workers /subordinates working with the commitment of high responsibility, well cooperation & self-development & improvement
- Supervise general work operation and daily work
- Timely Report

o University graduated: Food technology, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Economic.
o Minimum 4 years of experience in similar responsibility
o Communication skill in English at intermediate level: daily working conversation, reading English technical documents. Good at problem solving and communication
o Good computer literacy literacy (MS. Office, AUTOCAD, read technical drawing: PID, PFD, etc.)
o High teamwork spirit
o Analytical thinking & problem solving skills
o Can work in shift
