Warehouse Supervisor (Giám sát kho)

• Daily, actively check plan of inbound/ outbound/ packing.
• Make inventory weekly and monthly, process inventory data and report to Warehouse Chief.
• Check data, report about import and export with Customer Services department.
• Manage and supervise the trouble related to warehouse according to Chief’s assignment.
• Receive information reported from team leaders in warehouse, investigate the cause; guide staff to handle within the scope of responsibility.
• Control and maximize the use of available facilities, vehicles and equipment in warehouse.
• Ensure good in safety condition, no risk of being stolen; report to manager timely if have any problem occur in warehouse.
• Suggest plan and build procedure operation in warehouse suitable for requirement of MOL and MOL’s clients.
• On behalf warehouse chief, follow, supervise, remind, warn, guide all warehouse team (tally man, workers, data input, forklift drivers…) to do their work and follow all manual and procedures in warehouse operation.

• Male, graduate from College or University
• Prefer over 30 years old
• Have experience from 2 – 3 years as Warehouse Supervisor (priority in working Japanese company)
• Having the warehouse operation experience (Tally, Forklift, Data input etc); safety control, 5S SOP
• Supervising ability is highly required
• Be careful, responsible in work, hard-working, high discipline
• Good at English and Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Have communication skill accurately and timely
• Have under high pressure in work

• Working time: 6:00 to 14:30 or 14:00 - 22:00 from Monday to Morning Saturday.
• Time probation: 2 months
•  Workplace: Service area at the end of Dinh Vu line, Dong Hai II Ward, Hai An District, Hai Phong City
