Warehouse
Evaluate current procedures and practices for accomplishing department objectives and develop and implement improved procedures and practices
Gives work direction, resolves problems, and sets deadlines to ensure timely completion of work
Reviews and analyzes reports, records and directives, and confers with managers/supervisors to obtain data required for planning activities, such as new commitments, status of work in progress, and problems encountered
Direct supervision of warehouse operations and personnel which include picking, packing, shipping, replenishment, dispatching, and all warehouse functions including pharmaceutical products, medical devices
Maintains the pharmaceutical warehouse, keeping it clean and orderly and ensuring items are efficiently stored, controlled, and accurately followed up
Interview, hire and ensure that new employees are trained properly.Counsel and terminate employees as necessary
Complete and conduct employee performance appraisals
Schedules and supervises stocks transfer from distribution center to the branch warehouse
Motivate employees through employee meetings or one-on-one counseling sessions
Schedule and assign employees with job tasks and meet job training and safety requirements
Delivery
Review the transport routes monthly basis to make the shortest coverage for each route
Send Reports to South Regional Operations Manager& Metro Health on time
Communicate with Principal or South Regional Operations Manager& Metro Health Head to get the approval for return of previous month sales
Communicate with Sales/Principal to convince customer to accept stocks in order to reduce the number of transaction of returns
Coordinate with truckers, forwarders and transportation services
Set up backup plan in case of any deliveryman’s annual leave
Update the Transport Schedule. Prepare Month reports as required by South Regional Operations Manager& Metro Health Head
Approve for return after communicating with Customer Service Section to define the accurate reason code
Arrange vans for receiving or picking stocks as requested by other sections
Handle all matters concerning to transport and take appropriate action where required
Follow all company regulations, attendance of required company’s training
Approve for urgent transports and arrange the personnel to have it done properly
Communicate with Principal or South Regional Operations Manager& Metro Health Head to get the approval for exchange stocks requested by Customers
Coordinate closely with other related sections and departments to make sure the transport smoothly

. Overall
Check and sign for verification on pest control service report and related documents
Receives and distributes documents to concerned departments (Inventory, Finance). This involves communication/coordination with the sections as well as departmental personnel
Follow GSDP/ GSP requirements in daily practices
Manage and solves issues that relate to security in warehouse. When having problem to happen, Supervisor has to take corrective action immediately and then inform to South Regional Operations Manager& Metro Health right away
Manage the day-to-day activities of personnel in the performance of all basic warehousing, and logistics requirements. Supervises daily activities in the warehouse ensuring only appropriate processes are conducted properly and handles any problems that arise
Checks incoming and outgoing activities to ensure that all paperwork is complete and accurate
Maintains pharmaceutical warehouse area, keeping it clean and orderly. Ensures pharmaceutical products, facilities, equipment and properties are efficiently stored and displayed
Other duties as assigned
Test and possibly operate thermo equipment and devices that comes from the shipments or are used in the warehouse
Coordinate, plan and supervises all aspects of the warehouse training and activities. Training is held several times each year and involves the following tasks: contacting the personnel, working with the South Regional Operations Manager& Metro Health to set up training plan
