Warehouse Supervisor

· Control EHS – Supply Chain at HPVCQuảng Trị

· Apply fully EHS standard and tracking monthly

· Supervision Risk assessment for all Job, all Task, Follow activities

· Enforce Project Reduce Critical Risk

· Enforce EHS : OSA, SMAT, Task audit

· Analysis TFs report and find out rout cause for improve, reduce Risk

· Maintain standards of health and safety standard

· EHS Prevention: assessment and protect RISK

· Training / coaching EHS team for meet target, improve behavior

· Managing warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision

· CSI, SRA, SLOB, DAMAGED, COST managed

• Set up KPI for team compliance with strategy of company


• Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures

· Managed receiving, delivering, transfer activity actual and system at warehouse

· Setting up layout and ensure efficient space utilization

· Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision

· Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system

· Manage cycle count, stock take as require of ICRF and policy of company

· Prepare annual Budget, Capex, Opex

· Control Headcount

· Deployment objective and target to WH supervisor, WH team leaders

· Backup plan and prevention WH

· Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees

· Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided

· Control Loading team, Data team, Stock physical team, Packaging team , EHS team complete activities with good result

• Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

·         Bachelor degree in specialized in Economics, Finance

·         At least 3 years of working experience in similar position

·         Good at problem solving and negotiation

·         Good at communication skills with various types of audience in both Vietnamese and English

·         Good at Word, Excel, and Power Point are required.
