Warehouse Support Specialist - Night Shift

• Warehouse support specialists provide support to our US warehouse operations by collating orders that need to be processed by them within the day, and ensuring they will be fulfilled by the US team in a timely manner. They help track orders and coordinate with the Supplier
• CS team so that the customers will be notified. Warehouse support specialists are also responsible for filing cases with Amazon so we can get reimbursement for lost FBA items and damaged MFN returns.
• Management team to ensure there are no duplicate orders being sent out. They also process refunds for customer returns and communicate with the CS team if there are issues with the product being received. If an order isn&039;t fulfillable, they also ensure that they escalate it to the
• Warehouse support specialists must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• They must be able to quickly communicate with the other key departments to ensure all concerns for the day are fixed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Performs projects such as pre-processing, purchasing shipping of items, change package sizes, etc.
• Files and reconciles FBA lost/damage reimbursement claims
• Monitors and tracks orders
• Creates, modifies, troubleshoots, and updates robots used
• Liaise with the Customer service, and other departments in fixing order concerns
• Responsible for the documentation and processing of orders in the US warehouse and monitoring them
• Processes returns and refunds
• Updates WH-related trackers/sheet
• Delivers other related tasks assigned by the Manager

• Great contributor even on matters outside his/her scope
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel formulas, functions, and shortcuts is an advantage
• Ability to multitask
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Willing to work on graveyard or shifting schedule during peak seasons
• At least 1-year experience in analyzing data or reports generation using MS Excel
• Confident in speaking American English and good at writing emails
• Good at data entry and data analysis
• Good knowledge of how to use the computer and navigate the internet
