仓库主管 Warehouse Surpervisor

职位描述：
- 制定仓库工作计划，分配及落实仓库工作计划并制定和修改仓库作业流程和管理制度；
- 协调，安排来料、生产用料、外发加工件、退货、成品等收发交付工作，确保进出物料控制得以执行和物流顺畅；
- 仓储区域的规划、物料的标示、储位的设置与检查、账物卡证相符率的控制、
- 每月月底组织实施仓储物料的盘点工作，并制成《盘点报表》及《盈亏报表》提交公司，对盘点最终结果负责；
- 负责对仓库呆料、超期料、不良品料、废料的跟进处理，并提出改善建议；
- 负责对配料订单欠料的反馈，跟进；
- 签发审核仓库各级文件和单据，并对单据及账目进行维护；
- 教导和督促下属人员，遵守厂纪厂规，按时保质的完成工作任务；
- 负责仓库货物的安全，做好仓储管理“十二防”；
- 负责组织团队建设（含人才梯队建设、人员的培训、晋升模式构建、人员评价等）；
- 负责组织实施仓库“5S”及目视化管理工作,并监督持续改善；
- 负责协调生产、PMC、工程、品质、财务部门之间的关系，确保仓储工作准确、及时、有效的运转；
- 服从管理，认真执行指令，保质保量完成。
'Job Description
- Set up warehouse operation process flow and management system, makse sure it's implement well
- Coordinate and arrange the receiving incoming materials, stock out production materials, processing outsourcing goods returned, finished products delivery, etc., to ensure the implementation of incoming and outgoing material control and delivery on time
- well organized warehouse layout, make sure all inventory labeling accurate, setup warehous location properly
- Organize and implement the stocktaking of warehousing materials at month end and prepare the "Inventory Report" and "Profit and Loss Report" to submit to the company, and be responsible for the final result of the stocktaking;
- Responsible for follow-up warehouse aging materials, overdue materials, defective materials, and waste materials, and put forward suggestions for improvement;
- Responsible for the feedback and follow-up on the materials shortage of production orders;
- Issue and review vochers and documents at all levels of the warehouse, and maintain documents and accounts;
- Coach and supervise subordinates, abide by factory discipline and factory regulations, and complete work tasks on time and with high quality;
- Responsible for the safety of inventorys in the warehouse, and do a good job in the "twelve defenses" of warehouse management;
- Responsible for organizing team building (including talent echelon building, personnel training, promotion model construction, personnel evaluation, etc.);
- Responsible for organizing and implementing warehouse "5S" and visual management, and supervising continuous improvement;
- Responsible for coordinating the relationship among production, PMC, engineering, quality and financial departments to ensure accurate, timely and effective operation of warehousing work;
