Warehouse Team Leader

Job Purpose/Objective:
Warehouse areas include: Picking, Loading, Receiving. The Picking function is responsible for picking orders to supply the packaging lines. The receiving function is responsible receipt and processing of incoming materials along with control of the physical inventory. The loading function is responsible for the control of the physical inventory, packaging and preparing for product shipments.
Essential Job Functions:
Picking of delivery orders for outbound shipments.
Unloading trucks and tankers in Receiving and completing SAP transactions.
Loading trucks and containers for outbound shipments.
Additional Job Functions:
Cycle count of finished goods and raw materials.
Actively maintain 5S standards.
Maintain inventory accuracy by completing SAP transactions thoroughly and in a timely fashion.
Pack orders when necessary.
Key Accountabilities:
Arrange daily production.
Monitor and lead all daily activities at WH team to ensure no any case that supply late or lack of material to production and receive their complain.
Check if the equipment/utility is in good condition, including HSD mixers, mills, dust collector, ventilation, ground line.
Set up, schedule and maintain 5S activity at controlling areas.
Others: Working in shifts, preferred female candidates
Feedback the common intermediate requirement to product assistant.
Ensure FIFO and all SOPs are strictly following by team.
Monitor the raw material providing status for production and feed back to production assistant.
Achieve compliance to isolation procedure.
Ensure packing container quantity and type arrive on time and correct.
Feedback promptly for new developed formula.
Review and prepare sufficient resource for production order on next day.
Daily monitor batch makers’ operation compliance on safety and quality.
Monitor the whole production process to ensure product quality, ensure product completed safely and timely.
Provide training to batch makers and lead batch makers to complete production order efficiently.

Ability to work well with all levels of management and employees.
Knowledge of SAP/ ERP or ORACLE system.
Capable of demonstrating competency in both the process and the movement of materials
Detail oriented for accuracy in counts and documentation
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with background on chemical, process, or engineering
Experience on improvement projects preferred.
Experience on manufacturing company
