Warehouse & Transportation Coordinator

Control inventory & allocate stock at each warehouse.
Sourcing raw material for production.
Sourcing inland transportation when needed.
Work with Customer service and logistics function to implement processes, standards and operating discipline.
Safety coordination internal and external (to warehouse/ customers)
Training Product Stewardship to Depots operators.
Monitor changes in Rules and Procedures and inform line manager.
Maintain physical stock count.
Other assigned tasks of Logistics or Customer Service & report if needed.
Manage and execute third party agreements. Monitor KPI’s for 3PLs.
Contribute logistics expertise by identifying, analyzing and measuring improvements to key processes and procedures.
Make material/FG delivery planning
Support marketing, value chain on sample delivery.
Catch up demand of Production
Check & confirm payment for 3PLs base on contract/tariff.
Manage product transferring between Warehouses and deliver to customers through 3PL execution and on SUN system.
Manage operation & performance of of 3PL warehouses. Make sure 3PL Warehouses to follow the Safety and Regulatory Compliance, link to the Yara Policy for HESQ.
Write/control all the procedures, work flows of warehouse operation
Open warehouse as required.

English fluent both in speaking & writing
Bachelor Degree of Economic/Foreign Trade.
Good at
Travelling possibility & training skill.
Experience from multi-national companies

Experience:
+ 2-3 years with warehouse/ transportation management is a must
+ Experience in Customer Service is preferred.
