Warranty Coordinator

The purpose of this role is to carry out the assigned duties, which include but no limit to:
- Register and follow-up all warranty issues;
- Managing outsourcing of work, follow-up and coordinate warranty cases and guarantee stay;
- Customer relationship management;
- Major cases and repair work should be informed to Warranty Manager, Project Manager and Production Manager;
- Support purchasing activities.
- Make purchases and place cost on correct project;
- Report all relevant cases for continuous improvement to Synergi;
- Arrange warranty start up meetings;
- Updating all proceedings and execution on warranty issues until acceptance by customer;
- Warranty cases to be performed by own personnel will be requisitioned by Production Manager, coordinated by Warranty Coordinator unless otherwise agreed with Warranty Manager;
- Responsible to record, process and perform all warranty issues on projects after handover. If any doubt, disputes, special and major cases, Procurement Manager or Project Manager to be consulted. Warranty Coordinator shall at all times be updated on its warranty project, and ensure that Procurement Manager and Project Manager are updated make purchases and posting of invoices for their warranty projects.

Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor degree in engineering or business field
Experience Required:
- Experience in shipbuilding industry is an asset.
Other Requirements:
- Must be self-motivated, open to new ideas and work methods.
- Strong communication skills written and orally in both English and Vietnamese.
- Able to work independently especially under high pressure.
- Computing skills in full suite of MS Application.
- Good problem solving ability, targeted and proactive behaviour
