Web Developer

This job role demands a thorough knowledge of programming applications and understanding of technical requirements.
Primary Responsibilities:

Support for some IT Helpdesk items: Corporate Intranet, Office Hardware/Equipment
Using analytical tools to determine website performance including website speed, load time, etc.
Creating prototypes for testing website functionality, maintenance of website, hosting, domain
Work in collaboration with the Designer to ensure sleek user interfaces and good user experience
Build a website with WordPress CMS, Create or edit WordPress Plugins for each project
Optimizing websites, programs, and applications for better speed and functionality
Develop, maintain and ensure smooth functioning of websites as well as software applications
Edit PHP code to suit the company&039;s requirements, Create landing page in HTML/Java/Css
Support marketing team in technical aspects in Company events
Engage with business leader to understand business strategy.

Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress, Joomla, and Magento
Complete understanding of IT industry and SEO practices
2+ years of experience of working as a Web Programmer, Web Designer, Web Developer or a similar role
Good communication skills, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
Proficiency in programming languages in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, XML and API Connectors

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent field.
Web develop Diploma will also be preferred, Experience as a UI/UX Developer as plus
