Web Developer (PHP, .NET)

We are searching for an outstanding web developer to be responsible for rebuilding our existing websites, adding portals for new hotels, customizing our internal web, and overall maintenance of content and ecosystem of social media. You will work closely with our top management, IT, Sales and Marketing and graphic design team to develop web applications.You will take a group level approach in projects to ensure excellent end-user experience across all commonly used web browsers and handheld devices. Programming, web design, ERP and database development all elements of this position.
* Responsibilities
• Cooperate with web designers to match visual design intent
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
• Build in-house or work with outsourcing firm to create a new join hotel website
• Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our site
• Create HTML emails for reservation systems and eBlasts/Newsletters
• Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
• Create and maintain software documentation
• Create site layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices
• Build in-house or work with outsourcing firm to create a new corporate website
• Implement and modify ERP platforms including HRIS and intranet
• Work with IT to build internal web (intranet) and database
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
• Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities

• BS in computer science or a related field
• Familiarity with at least one of the following programming languages: PHP, ASP.NET, JavaScript or Ruby on Rails
• Deep functional knowledge or hands on design experience with most of the following: JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3, Web Programming Skills, E-Commerce, cross-browser compatibility, Web User Interface Design (UI), Security Principles, Object-Oriented Design, Web Services (REST/SOAP), Multimedia Content Development, API&039;s, relational database systems, search engine optimization, network diagnostics, network analytics tools and Photoshop.
• 3 years minimum experience
