Web Tester (Automation Tester)

Delivering ICT services:

• The Junior Web QA tester will work from an approved test plan to conduct manual tests against the website, portals, validate the test results, and record/report those results.  The tester will create tickets in Jira for failed tests and work with a PM/ Sr QA Engineer/Developer to resolve the failed test cases.
• The applicant must be able to take direction well and follow instructions, possess good oral and written communication skills, and have good typing skills.  The applicant must also be familiar with using different web browsers (MS IE, Firefox, Chrome)
• Linux and Database knowledge a plus
• Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
• Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all departments.
• Follow deploying process for upgrade system, apply agile/scrum into team management as a member.
